THE BIG ONE
[shadow=yellow,left,300]This is the 25th anniversary of the Eagle SS[/shadow]
Lets make it extra special!
Stand 54H is booked the same as last year.
Bank holiday weekend Sunday 30th April & Monday 1st May 2006
Free Entry for Kit Car Drivers Camping £5 Adult passengers £15 for the weekend inc camping.
Ive booked the stand, its down to YOU to make the show one to remember!
I can get magazine, newspaper coverage and may be more, but I am not going to pull out all the stops if I am only to be embarrassed by being the only car there!
I know Chaz will do his up-most to be there, above and beyond as usual, as will Alex. But come on fellas 25 years of our beloved cars. MAKE IT HAPPEN

Am going to try and make it this year. I am back on a course the week previous so should be able to delay my return until after the show. I might even be able to stop overnight, if Simon says he will definately leave me alone! I wil have to see about bringing a proper tent and stuff.

Jon, I think that as you have to put Simon's tent up at every show (due to the fact he is totally incapable), then he should welcome you into his tent for the night. ;D

Now Simon, Just because I made you a once in a life time offer at Donnington...........one which, sadly for you, you were too drunk to take me up on ............it doesn't mean I wanna spend the night with the whole of the EOC

And they say that there aren't any tangible benefits to being a 'member' of the EOC!!!!

No Peter, your worst fears could be realised as, in their infinite wisdom; the powers that be have decided to give me my own play set! The great bit for me is that it comes complete with a full REME workshop for my own personal use, well the general may think a bit different but hey I will be the boss!!!!! I am taking over at the beginning of March and should be able to move some of my bits later in the month (as long as I can get a van big enough!) and then we might actually see progress with my build! It will mean a bit of travel, its in Northern Ireland, but hey nothing is perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will keep you informed,
Jon

Wonder if it's the same base I went to when I was with MoD SP CVD Ashchurch. I hope it's changed in the past 15 years

, Back on track I will make my best efforts to attend and stay overnight. I will probably not be bringing the SS as it is likely to still be in need of various essentials, such as engine, loom, bodywork, etc!!!!!! Jon

I'm sure I speak for everyone, all are welcome.
DavidEJM added......looking increasingly unlikely that my RV will be there though......too much to do and not enough time! Anyone want to come and help?!? OK it is a long shot I know, but if you don't ask, you don't get, in my experience.
