When We bought our house 18 years ago I was happy to pay a bit more than I wanted to because it was in good nick, all decorated nice, garden ok, so won't have to do anything to it for 20 years or so YIPPEE,,,,,,er,,,,,,,,WRONG. Since then I have Built an extension, a garage(but thats ok), fitted new bathroom & tiles & decor, taken the chimney out all the wayup, knocked two rooms into one with arch way between, taken down archway and made one room back to two !, Taken down the hall walls to make bigger living room, Knocked dining room through to kitchen, put down decking, put up a concervatory type thing, built a porch and new shed. Plus millons of minor alterations & decorating etc. Now a simple thing like changing the bath for a shower unit has turned into a complete bathroom makeover again !!!!! Does it ever end or is this the start of a re run of above. AAAAHHHHH Advice please LOL,( have to laugh or I will cry)

That was two years ago and I am still fitting the calipers from last May's show.

That a great thought but it will have to be complete and on the road or she will want hers finished first.
