There has not been an A.G.M in many years due to either lack of interest, or lack of members attending,

May I be the first to offer my apologise for not being there for the AGM. Just not financially feasible from the deep South of Europe these days.
Unless someone is desperate to want to take over the web-master side of things I am happy to continue in that position.
I wish the club all the best and hope that under Graham's leadership it will move forward not just continue as was the case. There are plenty of Eagle owners out there (an estimate of 1,600+ Eagles were sold) but unfortunately all to many are in limbo having lost interest or a major change in personal situations or scrapped for their parts.
It is a sad indictment of today's society that there is an emphasis on work and and family and pastimes are suffer as a consequence.

, in tent May I be the first to offer my apologise for not being there for the AGM. Unless someone is desperate to want to take over the web-master side of things I am happy to continue in that position. I wish the club all the best and hope that under Graham's leadership it will move forward not just continue as was the case. A reply & thanks for your comments.
It is noted you wish to remain a committee member, and I think you should, as you have fought hard to keep the club going for many, many years, running the web site and forum till early this year, and Terry also for being the host at every show as far as I can remember. ( at least 10 years )
CHANGE TO THE A.G.M. Although members only may vote, I will allow none members ( of the club ) to sit in on the A.G.M. so as to gain valuable information that may be presented, and to see what the future holds for all of us. ( please bring your membership card with you ). Monday 2nd May, 2022, commencing at 12noon. on the stand in tent.
However, don't expect every member to attend, as has been the case in previous years, hence no previous A.G.M's. We have less than 10 fully paid up members, ( some free ) and income for this year is only £ 75, less yearly costs for such things as web page, replacement tent, etc etc.which will not keep the club going next year if no new members are forthcoming.
Committee members have covered a lot of costs personally, but cannot sustain continued financial support of the club indefinitely.
I personally will be investing £ 1100 into the club before the show, ( tent, voltage inverter, committee badges, etc etc.) but none after that. And I don't expect a majority of that to ever be recovered,
FOOD.
Members will have to bring food if they need it for the E.O.C. BBQ on Sunday evening and / or breakfast, lunch etc. for those staying overnight at the showground, or in a hotel overnight.
Thanks
Graham Wood - Chairman
