Been working on my new RV this weekend, stripped out the interior. Whoever thought putting a wood lining under rubber matts didn’t think it through!! So rotten and wet! Not fun.
I’m looking at seat suggestions, the front seems no problem, but what have people done for rear seats. There isn’t a lot of room between the roll bar at the back.
I was going to measure up the rear seats from a Mini or Audi TT but I think they may be to big. Other thoughts are a bench seat from a land rover or just use two front seats?
My other question is have people modified the floor for rear seats. The rear of the RV is higher and seems to be no place to put your feet. I was thinking maybe to cut some foot wells in the the floor and fiberglass them.

Not sure if they will look any good but what about some old mini bus seats they usually have the seat belts built in and I think are pretty narrow

I think a pair of front seats matching the fronts would look good. as for footwell, Hmmmm, not been raised before so it will be interesting to hear what the RV guys think.

Did you see the Rover Evoke seats in the green RV? I did. Can’t help thinking they may cost more than my RV! His RV is built on a Land Rover chassis and he’s lengthened the body, the seats I need would need to be built around the roll cage, the green one’s roll bars go further back and are out of the way. Think Ill stick two front seats in the back. ,
