Last week myself and some friends bought a Eagle RV off Ebay. Its the Range Rover type but has been fitted with a 200tdi Discovery engine. She's really quite clean (barely any chassis rust) and it runs and drives. I just was wondering if anyone else has a Range Rover spec one in the UK and how rare are they? Thanks!

It's Q923 YAW and was MOT'd until 2014. We've been through and given it a thorough service. Just stripped the years of bodged wiring in the hope to simplify it. As I said above, it seems to have a hand built and very strong chassis (Chassis No. RR1007) with a 200 tdi, range rover gearbox, discovery 1 axles. We're hoping to get it MOT'd within the next few months. I'll get some photos posted soon.

EOC will continue as long as 'someone' will maintain it but at 73 it may not be me for much longer, you have a back problem? to hear that, hope you can get it sorted, nothing they can't do theses days, my daughter has spine issues at 41 and will get that fixed in a couple of weeks. I am already 'bionic'. so many scats I look like a bomb victim, but still doing a days work. have to due to the lousy UK OA Pension. also to see that word, "breaking", something we try to avoid, although for those with the money a new SS is available, as for RVs, by a second hand Jeep, it's cheaper in the long run.
