Hi, is there any definative proof as to what happened to the eagle rv moulds?? ive read somewhere that they were taken by bailiffs?? (i would be very surprised by this as having worked as county court and high court bailiff, the monetary value and appeal of these moulds would be very low at auction and the cost of removing them probably wouldnt be covered.). So whats the verdict... have you got them hidden away somewhere ???lol..

Last time I spoke to Tim about the ill fated TEAC enterprise he said the SS had gone to Wexford, (never to be seen again unless they are the ones in Belgium) and the RV ones were spirited away BEFORE bailiffs came but nothing heard of them since.
Whilst there maybe some mileage left in the RV in a 4x4 version, the Cortina/Sierra version had no plans to be re jigged for a newer donor.
The SS has definitely had it's day and even the original Richard Oakes Nova is fading a bit, Nice examples are not selling well, such as the black MkII with a Porsche 356 engine. Many have been FUBARed when owners try to make a silk purse out of a (nice) sows ear and hack a perfectly good SS about trying to make a 'super car' or a 'modern update', neither of which really work.
