Well she passed for another year. Took two attempts. Never had a car fail in such an annoying way. It had DRL on, with a relay that was meant to dim them then the indicators flashed. Been on their for 3 Mot's but this time they did not like them! The Horn, which was unplugged at the horn - my fault, and lastly the washers blocked, they worked on the way to the station but I think testing dislodged rubbish in the pipes that blocked them for the test, ahh well all sorted now ☺

What was the problem with the DRLs? Operating incorrectly or not complying with whatever regs? We have to have them fitted by a dealer and homogolated Pleased to see you got it passed anyway, well done.

The mot guy did not like that they flashed with the indicators. So they dimmed when the indicator came on. I think on production cars they stay dim, where these ones would return to brightness until the next flash. He did not have a problem with them in general, just that they flashed. I think it looks better without them now. Just looking forward to some sun to get the roof off and get some miles on it
