Just four weeks and Christmas will be on us, yipeee, not, don't do Christmas myself but have to go along with the family.
So with Ex, kids and in-laws Hanukkah 16th to 24th, Scandinavian dinner on the 24th, us on the 25th, new years and Spanish Three Kings on the 6th Jan it is quite a holiday season.
I'm the chef this year and have to start planing already. Just a snack for lunch on the 25th.
Tiger prawns on bed of seafood salad in gem lettuce boats under chive lattice cover.
Turkey crown basted in butter and bacon strips and fresh garden herbs. Honey glazed baby carrots Minty petit pois Goose fat roasted potatoes, Butter and cheese whipped cream potatoes Roast parsnips, of course
Mini rich fruit pudding with custard or whipped cream Fruit salad, with cream option
Cheese board and crackers
Coffee etc
Rioja, Chardonnay
Braarp pardon.

It's all gone quite so I guess it must be coming up for Christmas and kit cars are the furtherest thing thing from ones mind at the moment but don't let it become a habit, this is the danger time when projects get put on the back burner and then STAY THERE, so, soon as new years is over and hangovers cleared get back in the 'shed' and try to make it to Stoneliegh next year, it could be the last the way things are going.
