I've just been looking through the 'PAST EVENTS' gallery and wonder where all the good looking RV's have gone.
Does anyone know?
I might start trawling the offroad club website to see if there are any there!
Oh well any RV owners watching this site add yourselves to the list, it does cost to register on the site and it's be nice to see some RV's at the shows this and next year.
If it was the SS's 25th anniversary this year, is the RV due a notable birthday soon?

Hi David, Remember that Bob was in the chair at the time and he had a... Black RV (still has I think). but, yes I do wonder what happened to them as well as few SS, p21 etc, can't all have been buggered about to extinction.

It'd be good to see some of the old kits back at the shows, even if they are a bit tired now. Take our industry back from the bike engined se7ens

In the process of building a 4x4 RV, only taken about 15 years so far. A TVR engined RV was in the winning team in the Argyll Forest Challenge this year so I've been inspired to haul mine out and start working on it again.

Sounds good ;D, there are more coming out of the woodwork now, perhaps we can get even more owners together at the next Stoneleigh show, even if cars can't make it. We need some photos though

I'll post photo's once I get on a bit, just a rolling bodyshell at the moment. Has anybody heard from Robert May at RM Engineering lately. I was going to have a look at the mods he's made to the 4x4 RV kit to see if there's anything that I can carry over (buy) to make the build more straightforward.

I have a lot of inherited records of ex members - most owned RVs. It would be really good if all the guys posting on here joined the EOC, even if just so we know where the cars are now.
Also it is nice to know the location of the cars, so that other owners can meet up face to face.
Also I am really nosey & I wanna know what has happened to the cars I have records for! Looking out for them on ebay, but it is mostly just new ones that turn up. Hence there are loads of RVs out there.........
