It has to be said. It seems that everyone here always has a negative word for Jordan & Co. If you knew him, his dad, his wife and even his father-in-law personally you would think much better of them. They are an exceptionally great bunch of guys.
I have never had any problems contacting Jordan. Maybe you are not trying hard enough.
Although there is no point in trying to email him, it doesn’t work.
THE HARD TOP.
When I made the hard top mould (Jeff’s hard tops) I thought it would be a good idea to be able to remove the 2 front sections above the front passengers. (a sort of half way between a hard top
and a soft top). With hindsight, it wasn’t that it was a bad idea but in practical use I never separate the front sections, and if I did I would have to re-seal the join every time so it wouldn’t leak, and anyway, if it was the time of year to remove the front sections, I simply fit my soft top.
Why am I telling you this?
If you do order a hard top from Jordan, tell him that you want it made in one piece. (I made the mould so the roof could be made either way, 1, OR 3 pieces)
Also note; If you have the standard RV roll bar, the roof will fit fine. But if your roll bar is more than about 1½ inch higher than standard, the roof will not fit. Unless of course you alter the roll bar.
It is easy to fit, but if you have difficulty you can always contact me for advice on fitting.
HOW TO GET IN TOUCH WITH JORDAN.
I suggest that you ring him at work about 9.30am. If no luck just keep trying & trying because they are extremely busy and cannot always get to the phone before it stops ringing. Maybe again
about lunch time when they may be sat in the office eating their dinner next to the phone.
Jordan’s workshop number is 01524 727878.
Or phone his dad John who is partners with Jordan.
Inside or outside business hours on 07980 828865 of course at a reasonable time of day.
Best of luck, Jeff.
P.S. Jordan can also supply soft tops.
