ok, this is my first message posted on this site, "EVER" which is a little bit strange considering i have owned eagle rv,s on and off for the last 15 years, and have owned my present eagle for the last 10 tears, and am even considering buying another one to the complete horror of my wife of 4 years.
With the end of 2010 upon us and the new year looming i can,t help wandering what my favourite show of the the year will hold, namely "STONELEIGH".
As the years have gone by there has been a sad lack of eagle rv jeeps present a the show, and yet at the same time there seems to be a regular supply of eagle jeeps for sale on ebay.
I think it would be fantastic if everyone who owns an eagle rv could make the effort to bring their vehicle, no matter what condition or state that it is in, to the show, even if it is just a chassis with recon parts attached awaiting for the body to be fitted, loaded onto a trailer and brought to stoneleigh in order to be part of the effort to show the public and more importantly other eagle jeep owners that the eagle jeep is alive and kicking.
I would really like to hear peoples veiws on this, maybe STONELEIGH 2011 could become a date when new friendships are made, and eagle jeeps that have not been seen for years or even seen at all at stoneleigh could be brought together and become the justification for the the plot of ground that is taken up by the eagle owners club at the show.
