Just got to the headlights, think i've got them cracked (minus the pop up bit) I'm a little confused with the auto-pop up diagram though. +30- where does this go? fusebox? Black - goes to light switch...but if this is where the power comes from, is there an issue with me using a headlight relay/slave relay as very little power actually goes to the light switch. Here's my wiring diagram if this helps. cheers Ben

The term +30 refers to a perm live to the battery either diectly or via a fuse (advised) such as radio memory, alarm, central locking, relays, etc.
ACC ]refers to an accessory point, (position 2) that is DEAD whilst cranking the engine on the starter such as radio, etc
+15 or 45 is Ignition live when in position 2 and 3.
The diagrame is for the LIFTER only, the lights are switched on from the switch with the activating feed for the LIFTER relay taken from between light switch and the dip switch so swithing on the light in either main or dip opperates the lifter, switching the lights off opens the relay and the pods are powerd down untill stopped by the micro switch (or motor switch if fitted as in wiper motor). In your case it's the dotted wire from the light switch 54 to the relay 86

Cheers Ollie, I did use that website :-) very helpful. The wiring is now complete bar these pop ups & the fog lights which ill add in later.
Peter- what confused me is why the diagram took the right microswitch's com from the light switch wire....sort of avoids the point of the relay as the power should come from +30. The right COM should be coming from NO on the relay?

See what you mean, I can't think why I did it the other way, might be a good reason behind it, guess we'll find out soon enough, this is what you mean isn't it?
