Hi, I saved one Eagla SS from Glasgow and now it all refurbished. I have just one problem. Could not find a suitable seat. All are too wide. You advise me?

There are few choices as the maximum width between tunnel and side under the door is 47cm so Bedford Rascal /Suzuki Carry as I have, not too sporty but recliners, nice fit and comfy. MX5, Cobra clubman or original glassfibre buckets and Intatrim of Telford do a couple but pricy.. I take it your car already has dropped floor pans. Also take a look as some other 'Jap' vans / MPVs as they have similar narrow seats too. One thing you can't fit are the majority of 'sports' seats such as Cobra, too wide.
As a project it's looking good, I take it there is the good ol' Ford 2l under the hood.

Hi, thanks for the advice. I will hunt seat from Suzuki and let's remake.
Eagle is nearing completion. Awaiting him was painting (white with one stripe, see GT-40) insertion of the interior. Under the hood is a Ford Cortina GT 2.0 l .- Eagle has a lower rear end and will continue to front.

hello, i am currently wainting for some seats to be delivered, they are sports seats designed for the lotus seven, I will let you know if they fit.

Had you asked first we could have told you the Westfield seats and the like are too upright for anyone over 5'6". you need at least a 40 degree tilt or reliners and dropped pans, (see my car below)

Hi, to update you, my seats came today and they fit extremely well, im 5 foot 9.

You may find the euro-nova website more useful because there is far more users online, they are primarily novas however they do have eagle ss on there also.
