any one know any good ways to go to sleep, its 1.57 now and I'm heading out to the garage to tinker with the car... at least it might get finished this way???

any one knoe any good ways to go to sleep Yeah, pills. I have that problem and the only thing that puts me out (eventually) are some herbal sleeping pills 'nightol' or something like that. It is likely to be psycho-symatic but i don't care as long as i get to sleep eventually. Dunno why I'm typing this, your probably not even awake yet!

yeah was awake, was down in portsmouth for 7 working, feeling the burn now though..... ah!!!
