Just to let you guys know...
I still have the White Eagle RV and it's being worked on. My current job is to repair the big holes in the floor where I cut out the old seat boxes out and mounting captive nuts underneath to help me get the seats in and out easier. That's because the whole heating/de mist, centre console/tunnel areas are being revamped and upgraded.
Unfortunately I won't be taking the car to this years show. Sad face.
I've had catastrophic back problems that have left me bed ridden for nearly 3 years. (who needs L3/4 and L4/5 discs anyway?!) I'm getting better though (slowly).
The old Hummer type hard top ended up on the fire and I've built a new one. The old hard top had to clear the really tall roll cage and looked a bit janky. I've cut the roll cage down and made the new hard top look more factory. The roof still opens up coz' that shite is awesome.
Anyway that's it. I'll see if I can get some photo's on here somehow.
FYI. My Eagle RV is still the only car I own and would not trade it for the world! I LOVE driving it and it will only get better.
Alan.

As a sufferer myself with facet joint degeneration at L3/4, L4/5 and L5/S1 I can emphasise with you and admire you for carrying on with your restoration. I also love driving my RV - took it out yesterday and it turned heads everywhere. I wish you a speedy recovery.

It is! I’ve just looked at next post. to hear your been so poorly with back problems, sounds painful to extremes. I first met you at Stoneleigh 2019 and was wondering what you’ve been up to since. Hope your back continues to heal well and look forward to seeing you at next show.
