Hi outerlimits and welcome to the world of Eagle ownership and the forum. Great to see some one who hasn't ripped the car to bits and lost interest as usual. On the road, how we lke our eagles, (yeah I know, mine has been off since 2004).
The car is on the E.O.C. register as
RVD1 RV DIESELĀ 1905cc Black, red soft Q396 PES At a show ? 86/2013/LICENCED
But I am sure the previous owner or someone who know them will be on here soon to fill in the personal details.

well ive had a bit of luck today on the tyre a local tyre guy has sourced me a tyre the same size as the rest I also managed to get hold of a servo pump for the ldv engine so I can now move forward with upgrading the brakes should be fairly easy as using a remote servo hopefully I will have a bit better stopping power
