I have recently moved house to Winkleigh in sunny Devon so the RV has taken a back seat whilst house renovations are going on. I have now retired - wonderful so am planning to get moving again on the restoration. The next job is paint on the body - the chassis is finished and the seats and steering installed. Next after paint is a full rewire. I have promised pictures in the past but really will try harder this time. Hope you are all enjoying the glorious weather - perfect for topless motoring Regards

Watch that topless driving especially with the wife, flies sting at 50mph. Retired, Huh, I have never been so busy, in fact I don't know how I ever found time for work.

Winkleigh, eh? Very nice part of the world. Not far away - I'm up near Bideford. Have you seen that farmhouse with a half-dozen Citroen 2CVs laying around - some stuck up in trees?! Happy New House

I know what you mean about retirement - I`ve never been so busy! The 2CV!S are just down the road - one is on the back of a 6 wheel Unimog. Has any body considered a 6 wheel drive Eagle? I know that a common "in the field" mod to the second world war Willy jeep was to make them 6 wheel drive.
I have just started dismantling the Eagle as I had to assemble it to move it. Hopefully body off this weekend and get on with the paint.
