If the link doesn't work, replace the m at the start with www.
Thanks

First off, Welcome to the forum, pleased to see another European on here, (I'm in Southern Spain, just about as far away as you can get from Helsinki) It is a late MkIII VW based car with a 1600 VW engine. so kit was made between 1996 and 1998/9 It looks to be a very nice example and ready to drive too, which is rare. 4,000€ or about 3,200 quid is a good price, bearing in mind Kit cars fetch higher prices in Europe than the UK. PLEASE not another project, just sort out the carpet and drive it. We have enough in bits already. Would not touch anything major at all. Floor looks a bit iffy or it might just be the carpet, velour seats, yuk! Rear lights look like late Opel Cavalier, wonder where they got that idea. Looks a very nice example and straight into the data base register

Thanks Peter,
Better get myself to lahti!
I'm a new dad too so no time for projects, this would be all about driving!
I'll let you know how it looks in the flesh!
Cheers
Matt

Hope it's not too far to go. Eagles and Novas are all about individuality, otherwise we would all buy a Porsche like everyone else. Don't expect too much visibility, from the shoulders back there is very little and it's all about the mirrors. I don't see a reversing camera, that is an inexpensive item with a 4" monitor (buy both as a kit on Ebay) and well worth it, as are sensors for parking but you can add all those at a later date without touching the car too much. Unusual for a new parent to buy a SS, it is usually the opposite and a baby means selling the car to a get a 'sensible' family 4 door car which I presume you already have and this is going to be 'Daddies car', all the best of luck with it and please keep us up to date. oh yes, photos, we love photos, you can use the attachment feature (add attachment on top right of reply panel) or use the 'insert picture' using Photobucket or similar online storage, instructions in the forum.
