Today I met Chaz (who some of you will know) for lunch, as he was working in the area.

He had been up since 4am so was starving by lunch time. I suggested a nice pub next to the river. I was running late, as ever, & was horrified to see that the pub was closed for referbishment........

Fortunately there is a another pub opposite where I located Chaz. Sadly for him they weren't serving any food .

I had forgotten the floods of a few weeks ago & the devastating affect of flooding in pub kitchens!

Would anyone else like to spend a day with me? I will take you to all the worst places ;D

Don't get disheartened, my mum used to say "nice things come in small packages" well she was only 5'2". Not sure what that makes me then
Might have to go and have a word with her about that
And you wouldn't expect a racing snake to be tall now would you ;D ;D
