Plenty on eBay, I had Vauxhall Cavalier ones, Newtons depends on weight as doors differ according to trim and fittings. (glass or plastic windows, catches, door panels etc)
When I calculated the weight of my bare doors for the electric actuators they came out at 25lbs (111N) at a point level with the bottom of the window opening.

Either Google it or try Amazon or eBay. such as. tinyurl.com/y2bxguuoand enter parameters. Way to find out what I did was put some scales on the floor and a broom handle up to the door where the strut fixes and see what the weight is at that point, then add a bit to allow for lose, (which will happen) and measure the distance between points WHEN CLOSED, say 10 inches, which translates to 8" of movement when ends are allowed for. the length when open doesn't matter as it is what it is but too long when closed will not allow the door to close and too short will not allow door to open as far as it could. (banged head). , ideally you want 1/4" left to make sure. Once done you can convert Lbs to Newtons meters which is what most makers go on. For example 50ft-lb door weight = 67.79090Nm or 70Nm to be sure.
