guys, The 400 mile round trip is a step too far. Will endeavour to meet soon, somehow!!!! Have a great time , to all who do go. This w/e, will be at Bude Motor Show, Cornwall with the RV and w/e of the 5th will be at Merton Motor Show (both local to me down here in Devon) Spring bank holiday the wife wants me to take her on the "run to the sun" Newquay. (She's into old dubs and has just sold her Kharmann Ghia) So taking the RV for a w/e jaunt !!!! Well....we've got to show off in something!! plus a "show 'n' shine" on the Sunday for all but dubs...ideal.

We should be there not promising anything with the luck that we have been having lately. The stand is booked and confirmed in the usual place 54h I think it's just around the corner from the main kit car entrance.

Well we had four RV's on the stand yesterday (Sunday) And one today (well done Terry)
Alan's white pilgrim based one has quite a few little features which made it stand out from some of the others I have seen recently. but like he says it is going to be his daily drive so he wants is nice, I'm looking forward to seeing it complete (that's if there is such a thing as a finished Kit car)

A Massive thanks to all who turned up at stoneleigh, four rv's there on saturday, may not seam much but its better than some years. Two people taking the trouble to trailor their cars to the show. Thanks too to Gary and Helen multi tasking between clubs LOL.
Great night out on saturday in Leamington with Lyndon, Derrick and Ed till early hours of sunday, many desparados consumed and followed by a good curry. Sunday night in the show ground hall and much socialising and liquid refreshment. Alltogether a great weekend.

With 4 RVs and a P21 over the weekend I think we at least equalled Nova for once , (4 Nova's' plus a Haldane) , well done. onwards and upwards. By the way Jason has bought a Nova, be interesting to see what he does with it. Photos, more photos!

Great photos Gary, I'll make up a "stones 03" page asap for the past shows section of the Web site. Funny how things go in cycles, 10 years ago it was mostly RVs, then a swing to SSs now back to RVs. Hopefully next year we can have 4 SSs as well as 4 RVs and a couple of 2+2s and a P series or two. it IS possible as I know they Are are OUT THERE.
