Mmmm.....
Won't that MT75 box be a bit tight between the chassis rail/bodyshell?
Just a thought.
Chaz.

I had a 2.0 DOHC EFI engine, same as that in my dads dutton phaeton, we could never get the ignition working as we had to cut the loom open, if you havent already dont chop the loom in any way!, if you do dont throw the wires away! We had to bin the engine afterwards! I gave it away, if only i had known.

Also bear in mind that the calipers and vented discs are heavier than the std. Cortina bits, the front suspension/steering will need to be in tip top condition to hold them. Vented discs will take longer to warm up, especially on a lighter vehicle than the Sierra (about 1.25 tons). If that's the engine I think it is it will give about 123 bhp, with a good power spread, 25% more than basic 2 litre Pinto, although I believe Simon has tuned his Pinto beyond this figure. If you're going for low profile tyres you might like to consider stiffening the chassis while it's easy get at! The basic ladderframe is tough but not rigid. Good Luck Chaz.
