So we bought an RV which has been stuck outside for over 3 years. Engine was seized solid, brakes didn't work, seats moldy, exhaust missing, electrics shot to hell. We had a few days pre work to get the car an MOT. Engine came out and a 2ltr Zetec went in, with big cams and a ported head it was last dyno'd at 180bhp. That was attached to a type 9 gearbox and lighten flywheel. After we had fixed the wiring, replaced the brake calipers, pads and shoes we were off to the MOT station. Back to the workshop to start the next phase What followed was 48 hours with a big group of guys spannering, painting, welding, cutting, screwing and gluing. The rear suspension was removed and new Spax coilovers installed, bushes replaced and lowered 6 to 8 inchs. The roll bar was modified to give real structure in case of a roll, new harness mounts installed. The highly flexible seat boxes were cut away and new box section welded to the frame and a seat runners bolted to it. Once all the mechanical work was done we gave the tub a light sand, masked up and then sprayed with all we had to hand... Yellow line marking paint. Work then started on the aero, we fabricated a rear wing and a front splitter from plywood, polystyrene and fiberglass, the black chalkboard paint then came out to give a surface for creative urges. We were lucky to have our own vinyl cutter in the workshop to do all of the graphics. Last step was adding 13x10 rear wheels and 13x6 fronts all on race tyres. Enjoy!

Looks absolutely amazing! Kudos! Have thought briefly about doing this to my RV. How does she drive? What did you do to lower it like that?
