Depends on which 5 stud you are going for, GM 5 stud or European (Merc. BMW, Audi, VW, etc), you can either drill the hubs and press fit studs from the rear or use adaptor/spacers which is the more common method. The problem is most 5 stud wheel rims are off set for modern cars with negative off-set (flat to outside) which would put them both too far in on the arches and rub on the suspension etc, whereas normal VW 4 stud 4 x 130 have neutral or positive off-sets,(dished) and fill the arches and clear the suspension. One has to be very careful. There is a large range of 4 x 130 wheels available in the buggy world, ask Luc (diy) if there is anything in particular you want. Although 'trendy' I would advise avoiding the ultra low profile (40 etc) as they do not suit the suspension and are a bloody hard ride and more prone to slide, I have 205/45R16 on my Mercedes A170 and I feel every pothole.
